A name or birth date entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results; we neither log nor retain those search terms.

Email messages are retained so our team can respond. They are not disclosed beyond our organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the servers automatically receive basic technical details:
